General membership meetings are held monthly at the Club on the second Monday of each month, except September. The cooking committee serves supper at a nominal cost beginning at 7:00 PM, followed by a meeting at 8:00 PM. Only business of an essential nature is usually conducted and occasionally a program of special interest is presented. Wives are cordially invited to attend the monthly house suppers, and to join the Ladies Auxiliary afterward for their meeting in the lounge.
A Club key and a membership card for the current year along with a copy of this booklet are provided to each new member upon payment of dues and initiation fee. Club cards may be upgraded as directed by the Board of Directors. Club keys will unlock the tennis courts and outside doors to restrooms.
The 12 member Board of Directors normally meets at the Club on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:30 PM. Any Club member may attend a board meeting for information and, with prior approval, may introduce an item of business for consideration by the board.
Club members are entitled to the use of Club facilities at all times. Members are encouraged to participate in all organized Club activities. However, no activity at the Club will restrict the use of Club facilities by Club members, except during scheduled Club events where prior notice has been given.
There will be spot checks for membership identification by the Club manager and/or the Security Committee.
Bar service will be limited to members only and proof of Club membership will be required prior to service at the bar.
No one under 21 years of age will not be allowed in the lounge, nor may they consume alcoholic beverages on Club property.
Shirts and shoes must be worn in the lounge. Service will be available at the lounge service window during normal Club hours.
During normal bar hours, only alcoholic beverages purchased at the bar may be consumed on the Club grounds.
Please be aware that once Bar tabs are calculated at the end of the month, and $1 service charge is added to cover postage and materials. If that tab is not paid in full by the end of the following month, past due charges will accumulate, and credit privileges may be revoked until the bill is fully paid.
