Inverness-shire Sailing Clubs

Lochaber Yacht Club was established in 1954 at the old Naval Base at Corpach in a Nissen hut, sponsored by British Aluminium Company.

Dinghies are very popular at our sailing club. One year we decided to get involved in RYA teaching of sailing. Our idea was to assess and award some of our more experienced sailors to RYA Instructor. We sail Toppers, Wayfarers, Bosuns, Lasers, Mirrors etc.
